- Create a new shortcut on your desktop
- Right-click an open area on the desktop, point to New, and then click Shortcut.
- Set the target of the shortcut to:
"Path_to_your_OUTLOOK.exe" /c "IPM.Note"

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\OUTLOOK.EXE"

- Pin the shortcut to the taskbar (yes, taskbar)
